  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3  business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or handmade items may require additional time — this will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via NZ Post, Couriers, or other trusted carriers.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

Delivery Times

  • Within New Zealand: Estimated 3–5 business days from dispatch.
  • International Orders (if applicable): Times vary by destination and customs clearance.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or customs.

International Shipping & Customs (if applicable)

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Golden Flow Art is not responsible for customs delays.

Delays & Issues

  • We do our best to deliver on time but are not responsible for courier or customs delays.
  • If your package is lost or severely delayed, please contact us so we can investigate.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, notify us within 7 days at goldenflowart.nz@gmail.com with photos.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

How to Request a Return

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and approved.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
